Please read these terms before booking an appointment with NUDE.

Business: NUDE, Vanity Rooms, 64 New Rd, Gravesend, DA11 0AE · Contact: simplynude@protonmail.com

1. About these terms

These terms govern the services provided by NUDE, operated by Iva trading as NUDE in Gravesend, Kent. By booking an appointment you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Booking and confirmation

Appointments may be arranged through Treatwell or WhatsApp. If you need help before booking, contact us on WhatsApp or call 07498 444830. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from Treatwell or NUDE. Treatwell's booking terms apply to bookings made through Treatwell; these NUDE terms apply in all cases.

We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. If we do, any deposit you have paid is refunded in full.

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly for first time clients. The amount, where one applies, is shown before you confirm your booking. Deposits are not refunded if you cancel late, meaning less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not attend, unless we are the ones who cancelled.

4. Cancellations and changes

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. With less notice than that, or if you do not attend, we may:

  • keep the booking deposit, and
  • charge up to 50% of the treatment cost where this happens repeatedly.

Genuine emergencies happen, and we will always look at those individually.

5. Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your treatment or rebook it, so that later clients are not kept waiting. Where an appointment cannot be completed because of a late arrival, the full fee may still apply.

6. Patch tests

A patch test is required before laser treatment, and is recommended if you have sensitive skin, a skin condition, or use medication that affects the skin. Patch tests must be done at least 48 hours before your treatment, so please mention this when you book.

7. Consultation and health information

New clients complete a short consultation before their first treatment. You are responsible for telling us about anything relevant to your safety, including medical conditions, medication and recent sun exposure. NUDE accepts no liability for a reaction caused by information that was not disclosed.

Nothing on this website is medical advice.

8. Right to refuse treatment

We may refuse or stop a treatment at any point if, in our professional judgement, it would not be safe or appropriate. Where that happens, a full or partial refund may be given at our discretion.

9. Liability

NUDE accepts no liability for:

  • reactions caused by health information that was not disclosed to us,
  • reactions caused by aftercare advice not being followed,
  • reactions to products where no relevant allergy was disclosed, or
  • indirect or consequential loss arising from a treatment.

Our liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid for the treatment concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Pricing

Current prices are published on Treatwell, which is the pricing we stand behind. Prices are subject to revision. Any price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right. Email simplynude@protonmail.com or call 07498 444830. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

12. Photography and social media

We do not photograph clients or their treatments without asking first. Where you do give consent, images are used only in the way you agreed to, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

13. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the original website code, written content, NUDE branding, graphics and design adaptations created specifically for NUDE are owned by Iva trading as NUDE, or are used with the permission of their respective owners. Third-party software, fonts, media, trademarks and source material remain the property of their respective rights holders and are governed by their own terms.

You may view this website for your own personal use. Unless we first agree in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, scrape or extract substantial parts of the website, or use its proprietary code, content, branding or visual assets to build another website, product, dataset, template or artificial-intelligence training material.

Nothing in this section restricts a right or exception that applies under law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
